You can access Objectivity/DB's web-based training courses at our online training center LearnObjectivity.
Is their a fee to enroll in the web-based training courses?
No. There is no fee for enrollment in the online courses.
How do I enroll in the web-based training courses?
For full access to courses you'll need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on the web site LearnObjectivity. Here are the steps:
- Fill out the New Account form with your details.
- An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
- Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
- Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
- Select the course you want to participate in.
- If you are prompted for an "enrolment key - the enrollment key for all of the courses is "objects".
- You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the form on this page) to log in and access any course you have enrolled in.
Does Objectivity/DB have tutorials?
Yes. Tutorials are provided through the Objectivity/Assist product. Follow the steps below to get to the tutorials in Assist:
- In the Assist menu bar, click Help > Help Contents.
- In the Help window, click Objectivity/Assist User Guide.
- Click the link for the desired tutorial.
■ Objectivity/DB Basics Tutorial provides basic information about Assist as well as basic Objectivity/DB concepts.
■ Java Tutorial helps you develop a simple Objectivity for Java program.
■ C++ Tutorial helps you develop a simple Objectivity/C++ program.
